But are you drinking enough water throughout the day? Drinking water is an important part of waist training and should not be ignored.

Staying Hydrated While Waist Training

One of the things that happens during waist training is that you sweat more. Waist trainers most important feature is that they increase thermal activity around your waist and abdomen. This causes you to lose a lot of water so it is important for you to stay hydrated throughout the day, which is particularly important while you’re exercising with one of our workout trainers.

How to Stay Hydrated

If you’re one of those people that have a hard time staying hydrated and remembering to drink water, we suggest that you get a water bottle that you can take with you everywhere you go.  We recommend our Hydrate Me Water Bottle. Our sister brand Snatchletics also has the Youth Elixir Water Bottle that helps you track of how much water you’re drinking throughout the day. We also recommend that you drink between 20-30oz of water 3 hours before you workout, and to drink another 10oz of water for each 20 minutes that you’re working out. After your workout, drink another 8oz.
