What size do I need?
Our garments are equivalent to actual waist size. You can measure your waistline and each trainer has a specific size helper in the product page. To activate the size helper for a specific product, click the size you were interested in (even if it’s out of stock)
And the size helper box below it will change per each clicked size to show the suggested waistline measurement range that goes for that size in that product. If you are between sizes we recommend that you select the bigger size because of the tight fit. example: “I sometimes wear a medium/large” You should go with a size large!

Q. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?
A. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
Q. I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?
A. Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.
